Garden open day

The grounds of Friars Court will be open as part of the National Garden Scheme on:

Sunday 9th June 2024

  • open from 2pm until 5pm
  • admission: adults £4, children free (all proceeds go to charity)
  • afternoon teas will be served
  • dogs welcome but we ask they are kept on a lead

Outdoor theatre

Saturday 22nd June 2024

We are pleased to announce that as part of Clanfield Festival we will be hosting an outdoor theatrical production of Shakespeare's 'The Winter's Tale', performed by Sun & Moon Theatre. Journey from Sicilian courts to Bohemian festivities in this delightful and gripping comedy-drama. With captivating ensemble performances, live music, and puppetry, it's perfect for all ages.

Gates open at 4.30pm for ticket holders who would like to arrive early with a picnic before the show. Then, starting from 6.30pm, the performance area will be open for guests to set up their seats for a 7.00pm start. There will be an interval during the two-hour performance, and the Brewers Tap bar will be selling drinks from 4.30pm.

Early bird tickets throughout April and May are £12.50 each, then are £15 from the 1st June. Tickets are limited, so we cannot guarantee availability on the day. You can buy your tickets, and read FAQ’s, online by visiting EventBrite. Please note Eventbrite will charge a booking fee.
